If things were possible

Its my first post for the craft blog. My craft passion started when i was 5 years old, watching my mom and sister doing embroidery, sewing and tailoring work. My sister use to make fancy macrame with beats. But at that time i didn't have the facility nor the knowledge how to capture those moments but i learn a lot from them. In other words you can say both are my inspiration.

I still remember the new frock i received as a gift from my mom when i got first position. I hardly wear that beautiful frilled frock only once and i cut that frock with my own hands. Well the question is why and how i did that to my favourite frock.

The story begins, it was my sister's final project for submitting a tailoring project at her school. When she was stitching the dresses for the twin fairy dolls. I insisted my sister to make me a partner in her project, i also like doing these things. But she refuse my proposal saying its her final project i shouldn't be disturbing her. When i got rejected i asked her to give me few things including the same pattern cloth, beads, laces, needle and thread. She says not now but after the project she will going to give me everything. I walked out of the room and i thought i should search some best material cloth to make a beautiful dress for my barbie doll before my sister complete her project.

Unfortunatly i couldn't find any piece of cloth to make my doll's dress. So i take out my beautiful white frilled frock from the wardrobe and with the help of scissor i cut out some part of the frill and the fabric of that frock. I did my best to make a dress for my barbie doll. I was so happy i went to my sister's room and showed my barbie doll with the new dress thinking she will going to appreciate me. But i got scolded by both of them.

That was the beginning not of the scolding but the teaching. My sister started teaching me all about craft and tailoring she knows. Today i am doing craft by recycling old things but not like my childhood story i told you. I will share lot many tutorials of my mom's craft, sister and mine also. Hope to have lot of fun and learning in future.
